RMT and Assessment Provider:
TMD/TMJD, neck & ear

Why I chose to be an RMT
I have always had an interest in anatomy and muscle function. I played high level hockey and used massage for muscle recovery and muscle maintenance. It wasn’t until I had a severe food allergy reaction resulting in a mental health issue that I realized the encompassing care massage can provide. After using massage therapy to help with anxiety and nervous system regulation during my recovery, I decided to go to massage school so I could help those going through stress, anxiety and muscle issues to help people receive the best care possible.

An RMT since 2015
After graduation my focus was on general muscle health, anxiety, stress and tension. I also worked with people who have life limiting illnesses and in palliative care. Through continuing education and certificate courses I have continued to expand my knowledge of care, including advanced TMJ, neck and headache rehabilitation.

What brought me to FTNU
FTNU is helping in an area that is much needed. I want to be a part of an evidence based practice that is patient centric.

Between the techniques
I enjoy working with patients in a calm, safe and thoughtful environment. Through actively listening, clear communication, assessment and hands on work, together we will create a treatment plan to best help you rehabilitate.
